Refund policy
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please verify your order and mailing address prior to checkout.
For pre-orders and personalized/customized items, you understand that the items are fulfilled after your payment has been cleared and will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of purchase. These are custom items and cannot be refunded.
Additionally, we have no control over the USPS, UPS, and other delivery systems. Therefore, if you have concerns about tracking your package or poor handling, please contact your local post office or mail service. We are unable to process refunds for poorly handled parcels. Please bring this to the attention of the post office delivering your mail.
