These are some common questions and answers about our shop.
Q: What is your processing time?
A: Apparel items can take up to 3 weeks to make and ship out to you. All apparel items are made-to-order. Notebooks are personalized and can take up to 2 weeks to make and ship out to you. Stickers and stationery items are shipped within 3-5 business days. Please note that processing times does not include courier shipment delivery timeframes.
Q: Why do you make-to-order apparel?
A: Made-to-order apparel is a more sustainable and ethical approach to fashion. By choosing this approach to fashion, you help prevent the risk of excess unwanted stock from ending up in the landfill.
Q: Why are sweaters priced differently?
A: Depending on the style/color of sweater (crewneck, hoodie, brand name, etc.), our prices can vary due to manufacturing prices for different styles/colors. Some colors are only available for certain styles of sweaters.
Q: How do I order a personalized notebook?
A: The listing will show you the options to select (usually paper style, font, and name/word choice for the cover). Select the paper style and font in the options provided, and enter your word/name choice in the Order Special Instructions box. In the event that you forget to provide this information, you can send us a message through the Contact form on our website.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales are FINAL. Returns/exchanges are NOT accepted due to the handmade nature of our products. If you have received a defective item, please fill out our Contact form on our website, and we will try our best to help you.
Q: What if my order is returned to sender due to incorrect shipping information?
If the address is non-deliverable due to the wrong shipping information entered, USPS will return the package to me in a couple of weeks. You will be responsible for shipping again in order to reship it. Refunds will not be processed for incorrectly entered information. Please verify the information you entered prior to submitting your payment.
Q: My order tracking says delivered, but I do not have it?
Please check your mailbox and ask your neighbors to see if they have your packages. Sometimes orders show up 1-2 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact USPS (1-800-275-8777) or go to your local delivery office with the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email if you have any questions regarding a delayed/lost order.
The AC Studio is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages.
Q: Do you pay customs fees/taxes?
A: You are responsible for any applicable custom fees/taxes associated with your order.
Q: Are your stationery items manufactured?
A: I make my own stickers, notebooks, and stationery at home with my Silhouette cutting machines. My washi tapes are manufactured in China.
Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: At this time, I do not accept custom orders, but I might in the future.
